Responsibilities
Evaluate the unique risks our clients face and provide thoughtful, personalized coverage solutions.
Maintain an active presence in the Stroudsburg area to foster trust and connect with local business owners and families.
Proactively manage your calendar to meet with clients at times that work best for their busy schedules.
Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions to ensure high-quality service and follow-up.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible value for those we serve.
Seek out opportunities to educate the community on the value of proper protection and risk management.
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio.
Strong comfort level with consultative, face-to-face sales conversations.
Clear, empathetic communication skills, both in writing and in person.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM tools.
Existing relationships within the Stroudsburg community.
