Campus Accounting Coordinator - TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection | Sunnyvale, CA Where Luxury Meets Innovation TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, is Silicon Valley's only AAA Four Diamond Marriott property. Opened in 2022, we bring a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality-offering guests an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn.
We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator who is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
As an Accounting Coordinator, You'll: - Support daily accounting operations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and compliance
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Support audits and month-end close activities
- Review vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with department leaders on financial documentation
What We're Looking For - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
